Tim is a combat veteran with wide-ranging troop leadership experience. He retired from the United States Marine Corps after 21 years as an armor officer and enlisted artilleryman. His distinguished military career culminated as a Senior Instructor at the US Army’s Maneuver Captain's Career Course.

As the Services Director Tim's innate ability to communicate vital information quickly and accurately was immediately utilized as he recruits, trains, and manages all of Asymmetric Technologies personnel services contracts across the globe. Tim's staff receives continuous praise from both government laboratories and military organizations for being "above bar" and "not your typical FSR" due to their ability to successfully interact with a wide range of audiences from the private who will use the technologies, to the commander who will plan operations integrating the technology.
